B. Braun Vietnam (BBVN) Fresh Speed Up Winter 2026 is a professional training and on-the-job development program for final year student or fresh graduates with less than 1 year of working experience. This program develops young and willing-to-learn talents into the next generation of BBVN employees.
Successful candidates will join a development stint with professional career and coaching plan within chosen department. There will be an assessment with department heads and HR to assess the performance and confirm you to become permanent employee of BBVN.
Your Key Responsibilities
01. Production Compliance and Standards
Control production activities according to the following standards at all times:
- GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)
- GDP (Good Distribution Practice)
- 5S
- Bioburden
- ISO 13485
- ISO 9001
02. Packaging Machine Monitoring
- To supervise and ensure technicians perform daily monitoring on the packaging machines, setting parameters and ensuring compliance with standards/specifications.
03. Data Analysis and Continuous Improvement
- To collect all data related to break time of packaging machine and blister packages quality and collaborate with the team or relevant departments to analysis and initiate improvement actions.
04. Validation and Cross-functional Collaboration
- To co-operate with QM/IPQC/Project team to create detailed validation plans (IQ/OQ/PQ) for new products, machines, packaging dies, etc.
05. Other Responsibilities
- Perform other administrative duties as required by the Manager.
What You Will Bring
- University degree in Automation and Control Engineering Technology/Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Engineering/Electrical/Electronics Engineering/Manufacturing Technology/Mechatronics Engineering or technical background.
- GPA minimum 6.5 or equivalent.
- Good English, right communication with person and organized skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
