JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Corporate Culture Development
Develop and implement corporate culture initiatives aligned with VinDynamics’ and the Group’s core values and strategic direction.

2. Internal Events and Employee Engagement
Organize internal programs, events, and engagement activities to strengthen collaboration, improve employee experience, and foster organizational connection.

3. Internal Communications
Develop communication plans, manage content, and operate internal communication channels to ensure information is delivered consistently, effectively, and on time.

4. HR and Management Communications
Coordinate communications regarding HR policies, people development programs, training activities, and key messages from the Management Team.

5. Measurement and Improvement
Evaluate employee engagement, communication effectiveness, and cultural alignment, then recommend initiatives for continuous improvement.

REQUIREMENTS

• Demonstrate systems thinking and the ability to develop initiatives aligned with organizational goals and strategic direction.
• Possess foundational knowledge and hands-on experience in implementing talent planning and development campaigns or projects at large corporations or organizations.
• Be able to quickly understand, embody, and inspire corporate culture among employees from diverse backgrounds.
• Have strong planning and execution skills, ensuring communication content and activities are relevant, timely, and aligned with objectives.
• Be proficient in AI tools, content platforms, and social media, with strong aesthetic judgment and design skills.
• Demonstrate focus, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and teams.
• Have good English proficiency.
• Public speaking, MC/hosting, and artistic skills are an advantage.
